Note that this is an older driver for the Apple Bluetooth from 2007. This is only if you wish to rollback your driver to a much older one. See the Apple website for a more up-to-date Bluetooth driver. If you are having problems with Bluetooth then rolling back does work at times.
Apple Bluetooth Driver
Note that this is Driver Version: 2.0.0.1 and should work on the following operating systems: Windows 10 32 bit, Windows 8.1 32bit, Windows 7 32bit, Windows Vista 32 bit, Windows XP. Much like the Apple iPod USB Driver it is also a INF driver which is again very easy to install. Let me explain how this is done. As stated this is only good for troubleshooting if your current Apple Bluetooth is not working. This driver was as stated released in 2007.
The driver file is a INF file which can be installed on any operating system. It is not a full driver. This is usually used when the modern and up to date driver does not work. Sometimes a rollback is needed to test and check your hardware. There are other drivers on this website such as the ft232r usb uart as well as the usb\vid_0a12&pid_0001&rev_8891 error is also a common problem on that hardware.
In any event download the driver below and then extract the files inside the zip file. There you will find an INF file. You will need to right-click on the file and then click on “install” on the menu. From there is takes a second or two to install the driver. Windows will then make another popup and state that it found new hardware. The driver install is now complete. So you can see that to install the Apple Bluetooth driver is very easy. If you have missed a point above. Remember its right-click on the file and not left-click on the file. See also the Actiontec USB Bluetooth driver for more information.
