FT600Q-B USB 3.0 Sync FIFO Driver

Note that these chips support up to 8 endpoints. Likewise, there are also other 2 additional communication endpoints available on them. Additionally, this allows you to create up to 4 data IN and up to 4 data OUT channels. In addition to the double buffering which allows up to 4kByte length for IN as well as 4kByte for OUT.

Now, let’s take a look at the key hardware features of the FT600Q-B USB 3.0 Sync FIFO Driver. It offers support for USB 3.0 SuperSpeed (5Gbps), USB High Speed (480Mbps), and USB 2.0 Full Speed (12Mbps) transfers. Furthermore, it is available with either a 16-bit or 32-bit wide parallel FIFO interface. The device supports 2 parallel slave FIFO bus protocols, with a data bursting rate of up to 400MBps. It also facilitates a multi-channel FIFO interface and provides up to 8 configurable endpoints (pipes). Note that it uses the same drivers as the F600/FT601 Series Driver and the FT245R USB FIFO Driver.

Moreover, the FT600Q-B incorporates a built-in 16kB FIFO data buffer RAM and supports multi-voltage I/O options, including 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V. It offers configurable GPIO support, supports Remote Wakeup capability, and provides USB Battery Charger Detection. Additionally, it features an integrated power-on-reset circuit and operates within an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
