This Longshine and NEC controller is one of the most widely used controller chip-sets in 2002 and was used in many devices. We have listed all the devices that it will work on below with the driver attached. Its a small driver but see if you hardware is listed in the controller cards below.
Longshine LCS-8033H NEC Driver
The hardware has been used by many other devices. These devices have included the following:

The hardware inside of these different brands are all the same. If it will work on one then it will work on another. This is not a full driver and only the basic driver without the software. Yes the hardware is at least 8 years old but there are many secondhand systems still out there. Since this is a bare bones driver there is no software. See also the Longshine LCS-8033H-V Driver.

The Longshine LCS 8033H as well as the Longshine LCS 883R with the Longshine LCS-8131C are not the same hardware. This also goes for the Longshine LCS-8033H even thought they are labeled in a similar fashion. You will also find the wd ses device usb device on this website as well as the cp2102 usb to uart bridge controller and the usb rs232 driver.
Download the file below and then extract the content. There are only three files. Then right-click on the file called ousb2.inf and then click on ‘install’ on the menu. Windows will then let you know that it had found hardware and will install the driver. It will now work.
